1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are only applicable to individual course purchases and do not apply to:

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The course has already started or training access has been activated.

  • The refund request is based on personal reasons such as lack of time, change of mind, or misunderstanding of course content.

3. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time may take 5–14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

  • Any transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers are non-refundable.


4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting IMT will be considered a violation of this Refund Policy and our Terms & Conditions.

IMT reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or permanently terminate user access.

  • Provide payment processors with documentation, communication records, and policy references to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks.


5. Course Transfers & Alternatives

In cases where a refund is not applicable, IMT may, at its sole discretion:

  • Offer a course transfer, or

  • Allow enrollment in an alternative course of equal value.

Such alternatives are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

IMT reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
